エイヴィンド・ユーンソン（Eyvind Johnson、1900年7月29日-1976年8月25日）はスウェーデン ノールボッテン県出身の作家です。1957年にスウェーデン・アカデミーのメンバーとなり、ハリー・マーティンソンとともに1974年度のノーベル文学賞を受賞しました。
1974年度のエイヴィンドとハリーの受賞は、2人がノーベル賞選考委員であり、またグレアム・グリーン、ソール・ベロー、ウラジーミル・ナボコフら有力な候補が他にもいたことから、議論を呼びました。
エイヴィンドの有名な作品には、 1930年のHär har du ditt liv! (Here is Your Life!)、1946年のSträndernas Svall (Return to Ithaca)、1960年のHans Nådes Tid (The Days of his Grace) などがあります。
Eyvind Johnson (29 July 1900 – 25 August 1976) was a Swedish writer and author. He became a member of the Swedish Academy in 1957 and shared the Nobel Prize in Literature with Harry Martinson in 1974 with the citation: for a narrative art, far-seeing in lands and ages, in the service of freedom.
Johnson was born Olof Edvin Verner Jonsson in Svartbjörnsbyn village in Överluleå parish, near the town of Boden in Norrbotten. In Boden they show the small house where he grew up.
His most noted works include Här har du ditt liv! (Here's Your Life) (1935), Strändernas svall (Return to Ithaca) (1946) and Hans Nådes Tid (The Days of his Grace) (1960).
The choice for Eyvind Johnson and Harry Martinson in 1974 was controversial as both were on the Nobel panel themselves and Graham Greene, Saul Bellow and Vladimir Nabokov were the favoured candidates that year.

A la edad de 19 años había trabajado en una cantera, una fábrica de ladrillos y en el comercio de madera. Después se trasladó a Estocolmo y empezó a escribir. Vivió y escribió en Alemania, Francia, Suiza e Inglaterra así como en su país, Suecia, publicando más de cuarenta novelas y libros de cuentos en los que narra las dificultades que sufrió en su juventud.
En 1974 compartió el premio Nobel con Harry Martinson. Entre sus obras destacan Odisea, Regreso a Ítaca (1946) y Los días de su majestad (1961). Sus primeras novelas tratan de las frustraciones humanas, pero sus obras posteriores encarnan una intensa protesta contra los gobiernos totalitarios. Un innovador de la forma narrativa, Johnson experimentó en sus siguientes trabajos con la concepción continua del tiempo.
